Very excited to be so close!! The last few edits and uploads have been a bit tedious and a huge learning curve. Indi Authors basically do it all themselves, and you really don’t understand what that means until you’re in the thick of it…but I’m sure feeling it this week! Thankfully, I am on the home stretch, then it will be all about marketing (and starting that next book!). This week, I’ve been uploading and re-uploading my cover and my manuscript into Amazon kdp over and over as I make necessary changes. That’s an easy process, so I’ve just been plugging away at it a little every day. It’s a relief to see how it comes together in the end because I don’t think I’ll ever have such an issue again…future books will be a breeze compared to this one.
But for now…I’m enjoying the ride!! Cannot wait for Sep. 30th! I’ve taken the day off, plan to grab a super-sweet iced coffee of my choice and sit back to play around on social media all day 🙂 Living the dream!
